In
August of 2005, Bill and Edward travelled from Toronto to south
England to hold an intense 8 day opera workshop. The workshop
included a daily physical warm-up, movement and improvisation
classes, music rehearsals and stagings. All culminating in 2 completely
staged performances of Britten's The Beggar's Opera.
All
the participants were from Great Britain except for one Canadian,
Marsha Gould from Toronto.
